appMobi Lands New Venture Capital Funding

   Poughkeepsie, New York  --  Mobile technology company appMobi has raised $1.3 million in new venture capital equity funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

appMobi has developed "integrated tools and services for creating complete mobile application ecosystems."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

appMobi is still seeking $670,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.

Minimum investment accepted per investor was $1,515.
