Blue Belt And SurgCenter Partner On Robotics

   Minneapolis, Minnesota  --  Blue Belt Technologies and SurgCenter Development have announced a technology partnership.

Under the agreement, SurgCenter Development locations will build orthopedic robotics programs with Blue Belt Technologies' Navio Surgical System.

The Navio is a robotics-assisted technology for partial knee replacement and it does not require a preoperative CT scan, unlike other robotic procedures.

In addition, the open implant software supports a variety of implant manufacturer knee  replacement systems.

SurgCenter says it leads the industry in same day outpatient joint replacements, with more than 6,600 operations performed since 2013.
