Ecovent Nabs Nearly $7 Million Venture Equity

   Boston, Massachusetts  --  Electronic technology company Ecovent has received $6.9 million in venture capital equity investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Ecovent is developing owner-installed systems that "addresses homeowner frustrations of temperature imbalance between rooms and high energy costs related to heating and cooling homes."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Ecovent is backed by a syndicate of venture capital and individual investors.
