Union Station Borrows New Capital

   New York, New York  --  Internet technology company Union Station (FKA Little Borrowed Dress) has raised $1 million in new venture capital debt investment, according to an SEC filing.

Union Station has developed an online service that enables brides and grooms to manage their clothing requirements for their wedding.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Union Station is backed by a syndicate of top-tier venture capital firms.

The company has previously raised approximately $1.5 million in seed stage financing in 2014.
