Prevali Launches Real Estate Search Portal

   Denver, Colorado  --  Internet technology company Prevali has announced the beta test launch of its real estate search portal.

The company says it is the only portal to "showcase Pre-Multiple Listing Service and off-MLS properties with free access for agents and brokers and to the public."

Prevali cited industry reports that indicate that up to 40% of sales in some US markets are accounted for by "coming soon" listings that are marketed with enclosed agent networks.

The new service will provide access to listings before they reach additional websites, at a minimum of 48 hours and potentially up to several weeks before.

Prevali said that it plans to follow its US beta launch within international launch in 2016.
