Raise Launches Gift Card App for Android

   Chicago, Illinois  --  Financial incentive marketplace Raise has announced the launch of its application for the Google Android mobile platform.

The application enables members to sell unwanted gift cards and purchase gift cards at prices below face value.

The company says that consumers are able to buy gift cards for an average of 16% below face value add more than 3,000 well-known brands in the platform.

Raise also says that so far in 2015, it has "put $27 million in buying power back and consumers pockets."

With more than 1 million iOS downloads to date, the company expects even greater market penetration with its Android app launch.
