Plano, Texas  --  Dell Services and TechSpring have announced new programs for predictive analytics and telehealth  communications.

The innovation programs by TechSpring will now be able to use Dell capabilities to "look at mid- to high-risk patient populations and leverage clinical, socioeconomic data, claims and other data to provide a comprehensive analysis of the patient population risk."

Baystate Health, creator of TechSpring, plans to use the data to target patients for more effective care management and to better understand best practices for clinical models and processes.

The system that will provide the analytics is Dell Population Health Analytics, which aggregates health data from multiple sources.

Dell and TechSpring will also initiate telehealth pilot programs to test ways to reduce the cost of patient visits and improve medical attention.
