Dulles, Virginia  --  Orbital ATK (NYSE: OA) has announced that it has received a contract from the Automated Test Systems Division of the US Air Force.

The contract, which is a $25 million five-year agreement, has earned the company the ability to provide contractor logistics support for the Common Munitions Built-In Test Reprogramming Equipment (CMBRE) system.

Orbital will provide technical and logistic support, repair and engineering services as well as familiarization training.

Orbital's CMBRE system enables the Air Force to reprogram munition operational flight programs and represents "the first munition support equipment to be developed as a common munitions tester."

The company has recently delivered its 1,000th CMBRE system.
