ModernIR Launches Market Structure Alerts

   Denver, Colorado  --  Financial technology company ModernIR has announced the launch of a new trading and investment behavior alert system.

Called Market Structure Alerts, the service provides reporting that signals when significant fluctuations investment behavior and trading are occurring daily.

The company says that it provides this service for public companies that wish to better understand market behavior surrounding their stock.

A total of three alerts can be generated: Rational Price Alert, Short Volume Alert and Behavioral Alerts.

ModernIR was founded in 2005 and says that it is the only "financial technology firm modeling broker trade-executions for public companies with proprietary software and algorithms."
