Nasdaq And Morgan Stanley Announce Partnership

   San Francisco, California  --  The Nasdaq Private Market and Morgan Stanley have announced a joint education and services initiative.

The two companies will partner to provide wealth management education and related services to employees in private company liquidity programs.

Under the agreement, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management's Palo Alto Group will work with founders and employees following their participation in a liquidity program on the Nasdaq Private Market platform.

Nasdaq Private Market Offers the ability for private companies to allow their employees or investors to sell portion of their shares prior to a public offering.

Morgan Stanley's group is led by Mark Curtis and Karen McDonald.
