Immusoft Secures New Venture Debt Funds

   Seattle, Washington  --  Biotechnology company Immusoft has raised $375,000 in new venture capital debt financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Immusoft has developed technology that "turns a patient's own B cells into miniature drug factories."

The technology promises to create a new platform for the delivery of medicines.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Immusoft is still seeking $625,000 in additional debt financing, according to the filing.
