Loci Controls Collects $1 Million Venture Capital

   Somerville, Massachusetts  --  Electronics technology company Loci Controls has landed $1 million in new venture equity financing, according to an SEC filing.

Loci Controls has developed wireless sensors to help landfill operators and energy producers maximize revenue by monitoring and controlling gas collection.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to the proceeds.

Loci Controls is still seeking $490,000 in additional equity financing, according to the filing.

Company CEO Andrew Campanella founded the firm in October, 2012. He was previously a senior engineer from WiTricity which develops wireless power transfer systems and controls.
