Adesto Tech Nets Series E Funding

   Sunnyvale, California  --  Semiconductor company Adesto Technologies has secured $12.4 million in its fifth round of venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Adesto was founded in 2006 with the mission of turning CBRAM memory technology into a platform.

The company's products span from low-cost, low-power embedded chips to high-performing solid-state storage chips.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Adesto is still seeking $113,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
