InCorta Ingests Venture Capital Funding

   Redwood Shores, California  --  Software technology company InCorta has secured $2.4 million in new venture capital equity investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

InCorta has created an analytical warehouse solution designed for public and private cloud environments.

The system has been engineered to analyze extremely large volumes of data from multiple sources.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

InCorta is still seeking $1.9 million in additional financing, according to the filing.

The company CEO is Osama Elkady, who previously held several senior positions at Oracle.
