ACTV8me Activates With New Equity Funds

   Beverly Hills, California  --  Mobile technology company ACTV8me has received $3.7 million in new equity investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

ACTV8me has developed a mobile wallet platform that enables TV advertisers to send smart coupons today consumers mobile device.

The coupons aim to incentivize consumers to purchase items at the point that they are most ready to make a purchase decision.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

ACTV8me is still seeking $1.26 million in additional financing, according to the filing.

Minimum investment amounts per investor was listed as $25,000.
