Conservis Collects $10 Million Venture Capital Equity

   Minneapolis, Minnesota  --  Software developer Conservis has secured $10 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Conservis "provides farm management software to help you see your operation from the dirt up."

The company's software enables farm managers to manage inventories, analyze crop yields and track all their relevant field activities.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

President and CEO Patrick Christie has been with the company since July, 2009.
