Galvanize Closes $6 Million Venture Capital Debt

   Denver, Colorado  --  Education technology company Galvanize has closed $6 million in venture capital debt funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Galvanize offers immersive full stack software development courses in 24 week programs.




The company offers classes in a variety of locations, including Austin, Boulder, Denver, San Francisco and Seattle.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

CEO Jim Deters also co-founded the company with Chris Onan and Lawrence Mandes.
