AppsFreedom Accepts Equity Venture Capital

   Chandler, Arizona  --  Mobile technology company AppsFreedom has secured $400,000 in new equity venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

AppsFreedom has created an advanced enterprise mobility platform that enables companies to deploy solutions quickly.

The applications apply to a variety of industry verticals, such as manufacturing, distribution/transportation, oil and gas and construction.

The single investor in the financing was not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

CEO Vaidya Ayer founded the company in November 2009.
