Clerio Vision Sees Venture Capital Funds

   Rochester, New York  --  Biotechnology company Clerio Vision has secured $3.2 million in equity venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Clerio is focused on developing solutions for non-invasive refractive vision correction.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

A total of 31 investors participated in the offering.

The company is still seeking $1.8 million in additional financing, according to the filing.

Minimum investment amount per investor was listed as $5,586.
