Cloudability Collects Equity Venture Capital

   Portland, Oregon  --  Cloud technology company Cloudability has landed $3.5 million in new equity venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Cloudability has created technology that aggregates customer cloud costs into "accessible and comprehensive reports to help manage spending, reduce waste and identify opportunities for cost savings."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed.

A total of 12 investors participated in the offering.

Cloudability is still seeking $706,000 in additional equity investment, according to the filing.
