Kit Check Collects Venture Capital Debt

   Washington, DC  --  Software technology company Kit Check has received $2.7 million in new debt financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Kit Check is focused on "replacing old manual processes with faster and safer automated technologies" in the area of hospital pharmacy Kit automation.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Kit Check is still seeking $2.27 million in additional debt investment, according to the filing.

Company CEO Kevin MacDonald co-founded the firm in 2012.
