Sunnyvale, California -- Internet technology company BirdEye has landed $8 million in its first round of institutional venture capital investment.
BirdEye is developing technologies to enhance business reputation management and customer experiences. The company aims to reimagine how "customer feedback is used to acquire and retain connected customers." Trinity Ventures led the round, which included other individual investors. BirdEye did not disclose how the funding proceeds would be used.
