Boston, Massachusetts -- Internet technology company CampusTap has raised $1 million in new equity venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing. CampusTap develops software aimed at the higher education market. The system consists of a career and alumni mentoring program for college students, faculty and alumni. One investor participated in the offering, and the proceeds purposes were not disclosed. The company is still seeking $500,000 in additional equity investment, with a minimum investment amounts per investor of $10,000.
