San Francisco, California -- Internet technology company Mozio has secured $2.7 million in equity venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Mozio is developing an airport transportation search engine that enables users to find the best shared-ride shuttle and other forms of transportation.
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
A total of 28 investors participated in the offering.
Mozio is still seeking $1.5 million in additional equity investment, according to the filing.
