Columbus, Ohio -- Bioinformatics technology company GenomeNext has landed $1.2 million in seed stage venture capital financing.
GenomeNext says that it is "dedicated to accelerating the promising capability of precision medicine in scientific discovery." Hydra Capital and other undisclosed investors participated in the financing. The company said it will use the funding to expand its commercial and operational capacity. In addition, it will continue to develop its genomic analysis platform.
