Chicago, Illinois -- Software developer FunnelWise has received $7 million in its first round of institutional venture capital financing.
FunnelWise is developing what it calls "powerful revenue predictability software" that enables enterprises to gain visibility into marketing and sales performance. Investors in the financing were not disclosed. The company said it would use the funding to add more functionality to its solution and scale its sales and marketing efforts. CEO Mark Ostanik also founded the company and was previously an executive at the Textura Corporation.
