Charlottesville, Virginia -- Software technology company ChartIQ has raised $4 million in new equity venture capital funding, according to a company press release.
ChartIQ has developed software that "enables chartists and technical traders to easily and rapidly analyze stock charts from their web browser" and other devices. Investors in the financing were led by Illuminate Financial. The company intends to use the funding proceeds to accelerate its global expansion initiatives.
