
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma -- Hotel software technology company Monscierge has secured nearly $4.5 million in new equity venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Monscierge says that it aims to "connect hotels and brands to every part of the guest journey."
The company's solutions provide hotels with guest engagement strategies based on its analytics technologies.
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
A total of 14 investors participate in the offering.
CEO Marcus Robinson co-founded the firm in October 2009.
Monscierge is still seeking $1.5 million in additional equity investment, according to the filing.
