San Diego, California -- Software developer GoFormz has received $3 million in new venture equity and debt investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
GoFormz has developed software that enables organizations to "make it easy for every individual, team and business to eliminate paper forms, gain insight into operations and modernize how work gets done."
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
A total of two investors participated in the offering.
GoFormz is still seeking $4 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
