Seattle, Washington -- Event planning marketplace company PlaceFull has secured $705,000 in venture capital debt funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
PlaceFull has created an online marketplace that connects party and event planners with venues.
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
A total of 27 investors participated in the offering.
Minimum investment size per investor was listed in the filing as $,5158.
