San Jose, California -- Security technology company Vectra Networks has landed $8.7 million in new equity venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Vectra Has created a platform that "instantly identifies cyber attacks while they are happening as well as what the attackers doing." Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds. A total of 21 investors participated in the offering as amended. Financing to date in the offering has totaled $43.8 million.
