
San Francisco, California -- Mobile technology company Keen IO has secured $4.1 million in new debt venture capital, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Keen IO has created cloud data warehouse and analysis technologies to help mobile content providers understand the usage of their apps.
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
A total of 11 investors participated in the offering.
Keen IO is still seeking an additional $377,000 in debt financing, according to the filing.
