Lowell, Massachusetts -- Medical solutions company ArthroMeda has received $1.92 million in new equity venture capital, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
ArthroMeda has developed a sensors-based navigation system for hip arthroplasty surgery. Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds. A total of four investors participated in the offering. Company CEO PJ Anand founded the firm in February 2014.
