Butterfleye Lands On Venture Capital Debt

San Francisco, California  --  Electronics technology company Butterfleye has received $1 million in new venture capital debt investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Butterfleye has created what it calls "the world's smartest wireless monitoring camera."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

A total of 10 investors participate in the offering.

Butterfleye is still seeking $454,000 in additional debt financing, according to the filing.
