San Francisco, California -- Software developer Tradeshift has received $20 million in a new round of equity venture capital financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Tradeshift says that it has created a "platform for all your business interactions" with respect to procurement, payables and supplier management functions.
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
A total of two investors participated in the offering.
Tradeshift is still seeking $45 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
