
New York, New York -- Electronics technology company Meural has secured $2 million in equity venture capital funds, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Meural has created a digital media device that enables purchasers to show different types of art in the framed device.
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
A total of 19 investors participated in the offering.
The company is still seeking $1.3 million in additional equity investment, according to the filing.
