Dallas, Texas -- Healthcare services technology company Catapult Health has received $1.4 million in new equity venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Catapult provides "on-site healthcare services to companies seeking to lower their risks and reduce the costs associated with employee healthcare." Investors were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds. A total of 20 investors participated in the offering. Minimum investment amount per investor was listed as $2,159.
