Glen Mills, Pennsylvania -- Software technology company Versify Solutions has landed $1.1 million in equity venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Versify says that it is "focused on developing leading solutions for the power industry." Its software is used by power traders in power generation managers. Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds. A total of 14 investors participated in the offering.
