Emailage Raises Series A Equity Funds

Chandler, Arizona  --  Email software technology developer Emailage has landed $1.8 million in first round venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Emailage provides a cloud-based system that helps determine the financial fraud risk related to a specific email address.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

A total of 11 investors participated in the offering.

CEO Rei Carvalho founded the company in 2012.
