Brandlive Banks Venture Capital Equity and Debt

Portland, Oregon  --  Interactive video technology company Brandlive has secured $2.6 million in new venture capital debt and equity, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Brandlive enables brands to reach their audiences with live interactive video.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Brandlive is still seeking $585,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.

A total of 11 investors participated in the offering.
