Liquid X Lands Equity Venture Capital

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania  --  Advanced materials company Liquid X has secured $1.24 million in new equity venture capital financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Liquid X has developed functional metallic inks from metals. The result can then be deposited onto a wide variety of substrates.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

A total of 10 investors participated in the financing.

Liquid X is still seeking $120,000 in additional equity investment, according to the filing.

Minimum investment size per investor was listed as $5,000.
