Aplicor Adds Equity Venture Capital

Boca Raton, Florida  --  Business software technology company Aplicor has secured $2.4 million in new equity venture capital financing, according to an SEC filing.

Aplicor has developed a suite of business software that it calls its "all in one ERP, CRM and e-commerce solution."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

A total of four investors participated in the offering.

The company is still seeking $1.56 million in additional equity investment, according to the filing.

Minimum investment size per investor was listed as $2,000.
