Seattle, Washington -- Electronics technology company Human has landed $1.92 million in venture capital debt funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Human says that it is introducing innovations that "fundamentally transform the way people experience their world through sound."
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
A total of 18 investors participated in the offering.
Human is still seeking slightly more than $1 million in additional venture capital debt, according to the filing.
Minimum investment size was listed as $25,000 per investor.
