New York, New York -- Bioanalytics technology company Celmatix has secured $4.8 million in new equity venture capital, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Celmatix says that it "uses big data analytics and genomics to improve fertility treatments and pave the way for proactive fertility management." Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds. One investor made the investment, according to the filing. CEO Piraye Beim co-founded the company in 2009.
