
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania -- 3D technology company CapSen Robotics has secured $950,000 in new equity venture capital financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
CapSen wants to "provide a universal 3-D computer vision system which enables computers to understand the physical world."
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
Minimum investment size per investor was listed as $25,000.
CEO Jared Glover founded the firm in September 2014.
