OpenSesame Opens Venture Capital Debt Funds

Portland, Oregon  --  Education content technology company OpenSesame has secured $1 million in venture capital debt financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

OpenSesame says that it is "the world's largest source for elearning courses focused on employee training."

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

A total of two investors participated in the offering.

OpenSesame is still seeking $500,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.

Minimum investment size per investor was listed as $1,000.
