
Dartmouth, Canada -- Clean tech company CarbonCure has landed $1.36 million in equity venture capital, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
CarbonCure has developed technology that enables concrete producers to "sequester waste carbon dioxide in their concrete", thus reducing the carbon emission from the production of concrete.
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
One investor provided the financing.
CarbonCure is still seeking $1.36 million in additional equity investment, according to the filing.
