
Brookfield, Wisconsin -- Health insurance software company Connecture has received $52 million in new equity venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Connecture design software to "effectively offer, sell, compare, purchase and enroll in health insurance online."
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
A total of three investors participated in the offering.
Doug Schneider is Connecture's president and been with the firm since November 2015.
