Sandy, Utah -- Financial technology company Capshare has received $645,000 in new equity venture capital financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Capshare provide a cloud-based capitalization table and equity management platform.
The system enables the company to "provide equity services and tools to investors, startups and their advisors."
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
A total of eight investors participated in the offering.
Capshare is still seeking $134,000 in additional equity investment, according to the filing.
