Lehi, Utah -- Storage technology company eFileCabinet has raised $5 million in new equity venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
eFileCabinet has developed document management software that enables businesses to "store, search and share critical files." Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds. Three investors participated in the offering. CEO Benoy Tamang has been with the firm since October 2011 and was previously Chief Marketing Officer.
